Michael Grunwald is an American journalist and author. He worked for The Washington Post, The Boston Globe and Time magazine and is the senior staff writer at Politico magazine. He won the George Polk Award for national reporting, and the Worth Bingham Award for investigative reporting. His books include The Swamp: The Everglades, Florida, and the Politics of Paradise and The New New Deal: The Hidden Story of Change in the Obama Era.
