Martín Kohan

Kohan, Martín (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1967)
Narrador, ensayista y profesor universitario. Licenciado y doctor en Letras por la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Ha publicado, entre otras, las novelas La pérdida de Laura (1993), Los cautivos (2000), Segundos afuera (2005), Ciencias morales (2007, Premio Herralde y llevada al cine en 2010), Cuentas pendientes (2010), Bahía Blanca (2012), Fuera de lugar (2016) y Me acuerdo (2020). Ha dado a conocer los volúmenes de cuentos Muero contento (1994), Una pena extraordinaria (1998) y Cuerpo a tierra (2015). Algunos títulos de su producción ensayística son: El país de la guerra (2014), Ojos brujos. Fábulas de amor en la cultura de masas (2016) y 1917 (2017). Kohan presenta, en el segmento Cuando la literatura y la realidad confluyen, del módulo Novedades de la narrativa latinoamericana actual, la novela Confesión (Anagrama, 2020), un libro en que el dolor, la culpa y las confesiones se entretejen para forjar una historia intensa.
