Germán Guerra

Guerra, Germán (Guantánamo, Cuba, 1966)

Poeta, fotógrafo, periodista y editor. Reside en Miami desde 1992. Ha publicado Dos poemas (1998), Metal (1998), Libro de silencio (2007), Oficio de tinieblas (2014), Nadie ante el espejo (2017), Hijos (2019) y Los espejos Los sueños La muerte (2020). Varios de sus poemas fueron incluidos en Reunión de ausentes: Antología de poetas cubanos (1998), libro que lleva un prólogo suyo; textos suyos también aparecieron en Island of My Hunger: Cuban Poetry Today (2007), en la Antología de la poesía cubana del exilio (2011) y en 13 poetas (2017). El autor participa en el Ping-pong literario con Ena Columbié y Germán Guerra, que forma parte del módulo Crear fuera de Cuba, en el que ambos escritores revelan algunas claves de su escritura; Guerra también presenta su libro más reciente: Los espejos Los sueños La muerte (Colección Piedra de Sísifo), que reúne un conjunto de relatos breves donde recrea algunas de las imperfecciones de la humanidad.
