Dr. Joseph D. Wimbley is a United States Marine Corps veteran, born and raised in Miami, Florida. He earned a bachelors degree in business management, a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), a masters degree in disaster management, and a Doctor of Theology. Dr. Wimbley has more than twenty years of experience in public service in law enforcement and security, holding various certifications at the instructor level. He served as a professor at Jacksonville Theological Seminary, teaching degree programs related to Biblical studies.
