Charles S. Togias was born in Syracuse, New York and raised in a traditional Greek/American family by a strong uncompromising father and loving mother. Chuck found out at an early age that he must take full responsibility for his actions. He was never allowed to point to someone else for his failures. Because of his upbringing Chuck sees the world as black and white with little to no gray. Therefore as an author his messages regarding business, leadership and politics are very clear.
