Short Cuts is a television program created to showcase short videos and films created by high school students in the tri-county area of South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach). This TV program consists of a variety of video productions, including short films, short documentaries, comedic shorts, mock film trailers, music videos, animations, commercial/psa’s and cell phone creations. Chosen submissions air on BECON-TV (WBEC TV), which broadcasts throughout all of South Florida. You can also see Short Cuts films on our online channel, and if you are a high school student filmmaker make sure you submit your films.


Spilt Milk

Lindsey and Alan are fighting for their lives in an apocalyptic world until a minor dispute distracts them from their near death.

Everyone has their own interests, but Kevin Angueira’s passion is one many have not heard of. Instead of spending his time offschool at home, he flies to a different city to meet up with various people who share the same hobby, plane spotting.
