Dr. Juan J. Prieto-Valdes is an accomplished educator committed to student success and the author of more than 100 academic papers and textbooks. In 2015 President Barack Obama granted Dr. Prieto-Valdes a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to education and community.
