Ashli St. Armant is a celebrated vocalist, writer, arts educator, and founder of Leaping Lizards Music, a music and theater education program for students, preschool through 12th grade. She tours the United States with her band, Jazzy Ash and the Leaping Lizards, performing jazz for young audiences. Together they have performed at numerous venues including Lincoln Center and Sprout Network (NBC),  produced four albums, and been featured by NPR and the Los Angeles Times. Additionally, Jazzy Ash continues to focus on education, regularly teaching performing arts to children and educators. Most recently, Jazzy Ash has hosted workshops for National HeadStart, NAEYC, and MaxFunCon.

Ashli has 17 years of experience in education and 21 years experience in the performing arts. She attended the highly acclaimed Orange County High School of the Arts. She is a professionally trained singer and actor and holds a degree in child development from Saddleback College. Her first full-length audiobook, Viva Durant and the Secret of the Silver Buttons, has more than 8,000 reviews and sets the path for her new venture into children’s literature. She is raising her two sons, Ellington and Lincoln, in sunny Southern California. New music and literature coming this fall!
